Growth Playbook

Terms of service

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Growth Playbook, a service of [YOUR COMPANY] ("we", "us"). By requesting a sample or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

Each month we read the marketing data sources you connect for each client account and deliver a Playbook: what happened, why, and the tasks we suggest next. Playbooks are delivered as private web pages behind a login.

The free sample

You can request Playbooks for two client accounts at no cost and with no card. We deliver them in less than 24 hours after you grant access. The sample creates no obligation to subscribe.

Access to accounts

You grant access through a link we send, and you can remove it at any time. You confirm that you have the right to give us access to each account you connect, including your clients' accounts.

Prices and billing

Guarantee

If the first month's Playbooks do not give you at least one task worth assigning on every account, tell us within 14 days. We refund that month and the connection fee.

What Playbooks are, and are not

Playbooks are analysis and recommendations for your team. You decide what to act on. We do not promise any result for you or your clients, such as leads, revenue or rankings. Figures depend on the data your sources provide, and a source that is disconnected or misconfigured can make a Playbook incomplete.

Your data and ours

Your data stays yours. You may use your Playbooks inside your agency and share them with the clients they concern. The Growth Playbook format, software and methods stay ours. Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time. We can suspend or end the service if fees are unpaid or these terms are broken.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and tell current customers by email. These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW: STATE OR COUNTRY].
